Though far from the motherland, Okinawans share a rich past and colorful culture. Many have journeyed across the globe. We are 100% half and 100% part Okinawan and felt a need to share with people who didn’t know what we were: Italian, Spanish, Hawaiian? We started this brand because we are proud of our Okinawan cultural heritage!!

Grass Roots
We started small and soon grew to be regulars at the Hawaii United Okinawan Association (HUOA) craft fairs. We just love it when people walk by with a puzzled look, then a smile and laugh, then bring their relatives over for some shopping. With every purchase, we will donate a percentage of our profits to support the HUOA and its programs.
